Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Times

We ship from warehouses located in the United States. We currently ship to the United States and internationally.  Orders shipping within the United States typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days.  Orders shipping internationally to our friends in Canada typically arrive in 7 to 10 business days

International Shipping Times

International shipping times typically are from 7 to 14 days.  Quite often a parcel is delivered to an international post or delivery hub in the buyers home country within a few days of shipping from the USA.  Remaining shipping time is often dependent on the buyer country customs check and delivery options.  In many countries this can be quite quick.  In others, not so much.
